1. How long will an order take? A typical custom order can take upwards of three weeks to a month to complete. However, in peak seasons it may take a maximum of two months to complete.

2. What kind of helmets do you offer? Please contact me if you have specific helmet design in mind. The choices are nearly limitless!

3. Do you offer a refund? All products are guaranteed to meet the standard of the buyer. I offer a no questions asked refund on any items that does not meet the buyer‘s standards.

4. About how big are the pocket pro helmets? They are approximate 2 inches tall, about the size of a golf ball.

5. How do I send the information to you? Once contacted I will send you my email address and from there you can send me pictures of the team or design you would like. 

6. Do you offer any accessories to the helmet? Yes, I do offer a visor that can be added onto the front of any pocket pro helmet. I can also customize the front and back bumper stickers. 

7. Do you offer discounts for large orders? Yes, the larger the order, the higher the discount. Please contact me for more information.
